What's our return policy?

At Twin Palms Golf, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all items purchased from our online store. Please take a moment to review our refund policy to understand the process for initiating a return or exchange.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@twinpalmsgolf.com to request a return authorization number (RMA). Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

  2. Once you have received your RMA, pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the RMA and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

  3. Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team using the prepaid shipping label that we will provide. The prepaid shipping label is valid for use with USPS.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure that they are in their original condition with tags attached. We will then issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@twinpalmsgolf.com to request an exchange authorization number (EMA). Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange in your email.

  2. Once you have received your EMA, pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the EMA and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

  3. We will email you a prepaid shipping label, which will be valid when sent through USPS.

  4. Ship your exchange package to the address provided by our customer service team using the prepaid shipping label that we have provided.

  5. Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect the items to ensure that they are in their original condition with tags attached. We will then ship the new item to you within 5 business days.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping and handling fees. If the returned item(s) is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to withhold a portion or all of the refund. We will notify you of any such deductions before issuing the refund.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return instructions above.
